RC777 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Introduction and Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of RC777, the online gaming platform available at rc777.online. By registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager on RC777, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the RC777 platform.

RC777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated via the platform and take effect from the date of publication. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of RC777 after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and RC777.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account at RC777, you must meet all of the following eligibility conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. RC777 does not accept players under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be a legal resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing RC777 does not violate any laws applicable to you.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list, whether imposed by RC777 or another gaming platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person or entity when registering or playing.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information at the time of registration and keep this information up to date throughout your use of the platform.

Each individual is permitted a maximum of one RC777 account. If RC777 discovers that a player has opened multiple accounts — whether using different personal details, different payment methods or different devices — all accounts associated with that individual will be suspended pending investigation. Winnings accrued during the period of duplicate account use may be forfeited.

RC777 reserves the right to decline any account registration application or to close any existing account without providing a reason, in its sole discretion.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

Your RC777 account is personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication details. RC777 will never ask you for your password via email, chat or telephone. Any person claiming to be an RC777 representative who requests your password should be reported to support immediately.

All transactions and actions performed while logged into your RC777 account — including deposits, bets, withdrawals and changes to account settings — will be treated as authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by someone else, you must notify RC777 support immediately and change your password. RC777 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

You must not share your account with any other person. RC777 accounts are strictly non-transferable. Selling, gifting or otherwise transferring your account to any third party is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

RC777 accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT and Visa/Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Pakistani rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit is Rs 500. RC777 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Deposits are credited to your RC777 wallet on confirmation from the payment processor. RC777 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider, banking system downtime or incorrect payment details entered by you.

Withdrawals are available to verified RC777 accounts. To request a withdrawal:

• Navigate to the withdrawal section of your account and select your preferred method.
• RC777 processes withdrawal requests within 30 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank.
• You may only withdraw to a payment method that you previously used to deposit, or to a verified personal account in your name.
• RC777 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation will result in the withdrawal being held pending verification.

RC777 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, RC777 will notify you of the hold and the reason where legally permissible.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

RC777 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses must be wagered the specified number of times before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated at the time the bonus is offered.
• Game eligibility: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino bets and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Check the specific promotion terms for details.
• Time limits: All bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus balance and associated wagering requirements not completed within this period will be forfeited automatically.
• Maximum bet with bonus funds: When playing with an active bonus, maximum bet limits apply. Placing single bets exceeding Rs 500 (or as otherwise specified) while bonus funds are active may result in the bonus being voided.
• One bonus per player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active at a time. Players cannot accumulate multiple bonuses simultaneously.

RC777 has a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. This includes creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated tools to meet wagering requirements, or any other method of exploiting the promotions system. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will be closed and all winnings forfeited.

RC777 reserves the right to amend, suspend or remove any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Games, Bets and Results

RC777 offers a range of gaming products including online slots, live casino tables, crash games, sports betting and specialty games such as Andar Bahar. All games available on RC777 are provided by licensed third-party game developers whose software is independently audited for fairness and randomness.

All bet results and game outcomes are final once a round is completed and settled. RC777 will only review a completed bet in the event of a demonstrable technical malfunction that can be verified against server-side logs. Player disputes based on perceived unfairness, bad luck or misunderstanding of game rules will not be considered grounds for a refund or re-settlement.

In the event of a technical failure mid-round — including loss of connection, game crash or server interruption — RC777's system will attempt to complete the round based on the state at the time of the failure. If a round cannot be completed, the bet amount will be returned to your wallet. RC777 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures outside its direct control, including internet service outages on the player's end.

RC777 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including but not limited to bets placed at erroneous odds caused by a system fault, bets placed after an event has concluded, and bets placed by players exploiting a known pricing error. In such cases, the original stake will be returned.

• Minimum bet amounts vary by game. Check the game interface for the applicable minimum before placing a wager.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary based on game type, bonus status, and account tier.
• Jackpot game eligibility conditions — including minimum bet requirements to qualify for the jackpot — are determined by the game provider and displayed within the game interface.

7. Responsible Gaming

RC777 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The platform is designed to be entertaining, and RC777 is committed to ensuring that gaming activity on the platform does not cause harm to players or their families.

By using RC777, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You are participating voluntarily and at your own risk.
• You will not use RC777 as a source of income or a way to address financial difficulties.
• You will make use of the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings, including deposit limits and session timers, if you feel your gambling is becoming difficult to control.
• You will inform RC777 support if you wish to self-exclude, and RC777 will process your request within one business day.

RC777 may, in its sole discretion, impose deposit limits, betting limits, cooling-off periods or account suspension on any player where it identifies indicators of problem gambling behaviour — including but not limited to rapid successive deposits, large bet escalations, or voluntary self-disclosure by the player.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on RC777. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 18 years of age.
• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in registering on your behalf.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or account verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage at any table game.
• Exploiting errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in RC777 software or game provider software.
• Using RC777 to launder money, process fraudulent transactions, or circumvent financial reporting requirements.
• Charging back a deposit after using the corresponding funds to place bets, regardless of the outcome of those bets.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing RC777 staff or other players via any communication channel.

RC777 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will disclose account information and transaction history in response to valid legal requests without prior notice to the account holder.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

RC777 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without advance notice, if it reasonably believes that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account has been used for fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, other players, or the account holder themselves.
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion or voluntary closure.

On account closure, any funds in the wallet that are not subject to an active investigation, forfeiture notice or wagering requirement hold will be returned to the account holder via the most recently used verified payment method. RC777 will make reasonable efforts to process this return within 14 business days of the closure date.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their RC777 account may do so at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closures linked to responsible gaming concerns will be processed as a priority.

10. Liability, Disputes and Governing Law

RC777 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While RC777 makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability, it does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors. RC777 will not be liable for any loss — direct, indirect, incidental or consequential — arising from inability to access the platform, game malfunctions, or loss of data.

RC777's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.

If you have a dispute regarding a game outcome, a transaction, or any aspect of RC777's service, you must raise it with RC777 support within 30 days of the event in question. Disputes raised outside this window may not be investigated. RC777 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RC777 is licensed. By using RC777, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the platform's internal process.

11. Privacy and Data

RC777 collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. By registering at RC777, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal data for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification, fraud prevention, marketing (where you have opted in), and regulatory reporting.

RC777 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with game providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies as necessary for the operation of the platform and compliance with legal obligations.

12. Changes to These Terms

RC777 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account and will be displayed prominently on the platform for a minimum of 14 days before taking effect. Minor changes — including corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not materially alter any right or obligation — take effect immediately on publication.

If you do not agree with an updated version of these Terms, you may close your account by contacting support. Continued use of RC777 after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
